Are you a healthcare provider looking to refer a patient? We highly value building strong, collaborative relationships with other practices. When you refer a patient to us for an orthodontic treatment plan, you can confidently expect the following:
- Comprehensive Initial Report: A detailed summary of clinical findings, discussed treatment options, and the mutually agreed-upon treatment plan with your patient.
- Final Report & Return: A closing report upon completion, seamlessly referring the patient back to your practice for continued general care.
